It's always been my dream to return to Bangladesh to open a restaurant
which features the very best of Bangladeshi cuisine, winning dishes from
the International Indian Chef of the Year Competition plus some of the
exciting fusion dishes which I've discovered on my travels and described
in my cookery books. I hope you enjoy your dining experience as much as
we've enjoyed designing a restaurant which combines our pride in our
heritage with our delight in innovation.
